Upcoming HOA Meeting:

Check the Meetings section for the date of our next HOA meeting. They are held in the pool cabana outdoor area. Please sign in when you arrive, and indicate if you’d like a chance to speak. All homeowners are invited to join us, listen to updates, announcements and decision points, as well as speak during the open period at the end of the meeting. Each owner is given 3 min to offer comment/identify concerns directly to the board.

Here are the different ways you can make your monthly association payments:

1. Mail payments to the bank with a coupon (which were mailed to each owner)
2. Set up bill pay through your bank, note the bill pay account number in your coupon book, and the following payee: Calusa Point Association Inc and address: PO Box 628207 Orlando, FL 32862-8207
3. Pay through the property management website at www.newhorizonspropertymgmtsol.com You may log in monthly, or set up automatic payments. Please note the associated processing fees identified on the website.
4. You may mail in a check. Make the check payable to Calusa Point Association, Inc. and mail it to C/O NHPMS, LLC. 14411 Commerce Way Suite #316, Miami Lakes, 33016
