How do I discard of bulky items or trash ?

Any items that do not fit inside your green trash container will not be retrieved by the weekly pick up conducted by the Dept. of Solid Waste. As such, each house has 2 bulky trash pick ups per year of 25 cubic feet each. Items that will be discarded must be placed on the residents assigned parking space (not blocking common areas) and secured or contained in black plastic bags to ensure that they do not fly away. To request a pick up you may wish to call 311 or place a request online at: https://www.miamidade.gov/311direct/#/bulkyWaste

Please note that bulky waste disposal will not be allowed to be placed outside and must be removed in the event of a hurricane warning or watch.

Can I park my car on the local street in front of my house?
